A fellow Left 4 Dead fan had made this custom script for the original game. It will turn your pistols and shotguns into rapid fire. This will cause your pistols and shotty to unload an entire clip in the matter of seconds.

What good does unloaded a full clip do for you? Imagine being faced with a tank and you are equipped with this script and a shotty. Unloading all of your ammo in a few seconds into a tank will allow you to kill tanks much faster. This script will also automatically reload your  weapons so you don’t have to worry about having only 1 bullet in the chamber or reload on your own.

Another perk to this config script, is your cross hair will change color based on the gun you are using. Shotgun cross hairs will be orange, pistols will be blue and everything else will be green.

This works on both Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2.
